Obsession

An obsession is a compulsive preoccupation with a fixed idea, unwanted feeling or emotion, which is often accompanied by symptoms of anxiety.

Unnecessary stress has its roots in being attached to material or physical things. People worry about attachments of family, money, or career, which leads to obsession. Corrective measures such as meditation allows for a reduction in worry by releasing them. Worry and stress only agitates and doesn't help. Attachment, begets worry, begets stress!

Each should understand where one's obsessions are, then channel them, process them, let them go and create a better temple of the soul and a healthier body.

The human body is a reflection of our thoughts and actions. Obsessed or distraught events turn against us health-wise, causing the body to express discomfort, aches or pains, dis-ease, or allergy.
