Depression

In emotional terms, the feeling of sadness, gloom, an inability to concentrate, and sometimes insomnia.

One who is depressed, needs to develop a faith built on knowledge rather than credulity. By becoming aware, there is hope, optimism and a radiant knowledge in which the darkness of depression or fear can never engulf.

Those who appear to be depressed for no reason have generally lost their way. They observe a world where violence rules, their elders have betrayed them and they obtain no guidance from conventional religion.
