When the Jewish peoples formed their twelve tribes, the cabalistic roots were of a metaphysical and spiritual form. Due to the nature of their communion with the spirit world, they felt chosen to enlighten the world. Because of a limitation in forming and passing this knowledge on to others, an incorrect interpretation resulted in which they still felt special as a race. The separation and subsequent reaction by other cultures resulted in one unfortunate aspect of Jewish persecution.
